To be the driver in the development of poor rural people and schedule cast & schedule tribes people of India through agriculture, horticulture, pisciculture, handicrafts, skill development training along with sustainable & comprehensive marketing support of their products and achieving convergence and coherence with other development partners working in this field to enhance their income and improve the quality of their life. Also, the vision of the organisation is to conserve the tribal rich art & cultural heritage of India.
Promote sustainable livelihood systems for poor rural people and schedule cast & schedule tribes people by marketing development and ensuring remunerative price for their products, provide minimum support price and empower them through meticulous capacity building, augment their resources substantially, develop marketing partnership with Central/State Government/Private agencies and other development partners through establishing convergence and coherence in activities.
Skill Development & Capacity Building Training of Cane & Bamboo, Embroidery & Tailoring, Batik & Tai-Dye, sustainable Agriculture & Horticulture and Fishery
Training of SC/ST and Rural Handicraft Artisans engaged in making Handicrafts, Tribal Art & Culture etc
Skill Up-gradation Training & Design Development Workshop for the artisans.(training programs and workshop modules to provide for customised value added deliveries related to skill enhancement)
Support the rural farmer to develop the sustainable agriculture, horticulture, floriculture and pisciculture
